I finally put back up the page fpr Riva’s offspring, updated with the information of his last litters. The litter title is a link to hte breeder’s webpage and for the Finnish litters the individual dog links take to the Finnish Kennel Club database. I’ll later update some more information on the page too.
These puppies make me very proud, they are young but seem to be very nice bunch
Weather was not favoring us, show blowing horizontally and a smaller handler might have been swept away by the wind.
With Bardi brigsel alert training and a little bit of obedience, bot went quite well. Riva got to goof around as I was trying to demonstrate different ways of controlled play with a dog for rewarding.
We are waking up from winter hibernation and getting back to training. Both dogs were surprisingly good after a loooooong break.
The morning brought sad news, Riva’s grandmother Zima, Shercrest Zomething Different, has passed away. She was a super dog and one of the reasons why I got Riva.
Rest easy Zima!
Bardi has started his spring shed. Its amazing how much hair one smooth-coated dog can have… Riva is still hanging on to his.
